This Privacy Policy explains how GLOBAL DAYS OFF & EVENTS (“the App”) handles information. The App is designed to work primarily on the user’s device. Depending on which features are available and enabled in the App, some data related to purchases, subscriptions, premium access, restore purchases, and app functionality may also be processed by third-party providers such as Google Play and RevenueCat.
The controller of personal data processed in connection with the App is:
NIEWYEZT Developer / Paweł Szurgot

For privacy-related requests, questions about personal data, or requests related to user rights, please contact the developer using the email address above.
The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
This locally stored information is generally not transmitted to the developer’s own servers.
The App may access your device’s location only when you choose to use location-based functionality related to sunrise and sunset calculations.
Location access is optional. You can allow or deny location permission, and you can continue using the App without location access, although sunrise and sunset functionality may then be limited or unavailable.
The developer does not use a custom backend to store your location data from ordinary use of the App. Location data used for sunrise and sunset functionality is intended to remain on your device and is not transmitted to the developer’s own servers as part of normal app use.
Manual selections such as country, language, holidays, and other preferences may be stored locally on your device as part of normal app settings.
The App may be available free of charge, either in full or in part. Some features may require premium access, a subscription, a free trial, or another paid option if such options are enabled in the App. When paid options are disabled or not used, no purchase is required to use the available features.
The App may use Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage premium access, purchase status, subscriptions, free trials, entitlement validation, and restore purchases, if such options are enabled.
If you use paid features, start a free trial, purchase a subscription, or use purchase restoration features, certain purchase-related information may be processed by third-party providers, including Google Play and RevenueCat.
This may include, for example:
Payment card details and payment transaction handling are processed directly by Google Play or its payment partners, not by the developer through the App.
If paid options are enabled and used, purchase-related information may be processed by Google Play and RevenueCat to handle billing, subscription status, entitlement validation, restore purchases, premium access management, service reliability, fraud prevention, and limited subscription analytics.
The App may rely on third-party service providers to enable certain features. In particular:
The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The developer does not operate a custom account system for ordinary use of the App and does not intentionally collect personal data through the App’s own backend during normal use.
However, if paid options are enabled and you use paid features, a free trial, a subscription, or restore purchases, third-party providers such as Google Play and RevenueCat may process certain data as described above. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and policies.
The App does not sell your personal data. The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The developer does not sell, rent, or trade user data. Information may be processed by third-party providers only to the extent needed to operate available app functionality, purchases, subscriptions, entitlement validation, purchase restoration, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and related technical functions.
Where applicable, personal data is processed on one or more of the following legal bases:
Some third-party service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such processing is subject to the provider’s own safeguards and legal transfer mechanisms.
Data stored locally on your device remains there until you remove it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, subject to your device and system behavior.
Data processed by third-party providers such as Google Play and RevenueCat is retained according to their own policies and as required for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and technical operations.
Certain transaction-related or subscription-related information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or claims-defense obligations.
The App is not intentionally directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children through a custom backend. If you believe that personal data relating to a child has been processed improperly, please contact the developer.
If you have questions about privacy, data handling, or deletion-related requests, you may contact the developer at:
niewyezt@gmail.com
If a request concerns data processed directly by third-party providers such as Google Play or RevenueCat, the developer may direct you to the appropriate provider or handle the request to the extent reasonably possible.
Where applicable under data protection law, you may have the right to request access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
